LabFrame lets you share conversations so multiple people can interact with the same agent, see the same workspace, and contribute to the same thread.

Sharing a project

To invite someone to a project (conversation):
  1. Open the project you want to share
  2. Click the collaborators icon in the project header
  3. Enter the collaborator’s email address
  4. Click Add
The collaborator receives an email invitation with a link. When they click it, they are added to the project and can see the full conversation history and workspace.

Inviting during project creation

When you create a new project (click + next to an agent), the creation form includes an Invite collaborators section. Add email addresses before creating the project so collaborators have access from the start.

What collaborators see

Once added, collaborators see:
  • The full conversation history
  • Real-time streaming of new messages and agent responses
  • Access to the agent’s workspace files (based on their role)
  • The names of other collaborators on messages they sent

Cross-organization collaboration

You can invite people from outside your organization. When someone from a different org accepts an invitation, they get a temporary context in your org for that specific project. They do not gain access to your other agents or data.

Removing collaborators

Open the collaborators dialog and click the trash icon next to a collaborator’s name to remove their access. They will no longer be able to view or contribute to the project.

Agent-level sharing

In addition to sharing individual projects, you can share an entire agent. Agent-level collaborators can see all projects they have access to and create new ones. Use this when you want someone to have ongoing access rather than access to a single conversation.
